SBA 504: Low Down Payment and Fixed Rates Up to 20 Years

The December SBA 504 Loan interest rates were 4.6 percent for the 20-year loan and 4.7 percent for the 10-year. The 20-year was up one tenth of a percent from November and 10-year loan remained steady.
