Lunch Connection Set for Nov. 22

The EDC co-hosts a monthly networking Lunch Connection the fourth Tuesday of each month at Trezo Mare, 4105 N. Mulberry Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64116.

Co-hosted with the Riverside Area Chamber of Commerce and Briarcliff Business Park Association, the next meeting will be Nov. 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Moderate Increases for SBA 504 Rates

The October SBA 504 Loan interest rates were 4.26 percent for the 20-year loan and 4.29 percent for the 10-year. Both were up slightly from September.
