Midwest Small Business Finance will hold its annual meeting Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Embassy Suites Kansas City - International Airport hotel, 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway, Kansas City. SBA Rates Offer Long-Term, Low Interest

SBA 504 Loans have increased slightly from December. The January rates are 4.66 percent for the 10-year loans and 4.64 for the 20-year loans. Both remain bargains for long-term, fixed-rate business capital.
