SBA Rates See Big Decrease

The February SBA 504 interest rates are 4.32 percent for the 20-year loan and 4.73 percent for the 10-year loan. Both are down significantly from the January. Those rates were 4.83 for the 20 year and 4.29 for the 10 year.
