Annual Meeting, Nomination Reminder
It’s not too early to start thinking about the EDC annual meeting—at least in the context of honoring contributions to Clay County.
Although the annual meeting will not occur until October, nominations will open in August for the annual Look North Award, which recognizes invaluable contributions to economic development and quality of life in Clay County. More information will be available Aug. 18, but start thinking now of worthy recipients you would like to nominate!
Northland Education, Business Site Expanded
The Northland Education & Business Alliance met July 6 for a continuation of its efforts to promote Northland schools and colleges while collaborating with area companies.
Among the topics was continued expansion of the NEBA website, www.northlandschools.com, which among other additions, now includes an updated list of Northland educational institutions and an overview of Northland amenities.
