Huge Spec Project Planned Near I-35, South Liberty Parkway
LANE4 Property Group has announced a three-building industrial project with eight pad sites at U.S. Highway 69 and Liberty Parkway, in Liberty.
The 68-acre spec development will start within a month and deliver the first of the three buildings in late 2020. The project, called Liberty Logistics Center, is near Ford Motor Company’s Kansas City Assembly Plant.
The three buildings will serve commercial manufacturing and distribution operations. The first building will be 741,000 square feet and offer 36-foot ceilings and as many as 146 dock doors. The other two buildings will be 80,000 and 132,000 square feet, both with 32-foot ceilings. The project will also include eight pad sites for a retail area named Liberty Parkway Plaza.
Located adjacent to I-35 and South Liberty Parkway, the project is expected to offer outstanding transportation access for the development. Lane4 will develop the entire project and oversee sales and leasing for the retail component.
Construction is expected to begin this month. The first building, encompassing 741,000 square feet, is scheduled for completion in late 2020.
