A Liberty company was among those sharing $8 million in grants awarded to 200 projects across the state as part of the Missouri One Start program.
Announced last month by Missouri Gov. Mike Parson, the effort also involves the Ford Motor Company’s Claycomo plant. The One Start effort is a consolidation of various Missouri Works programs and was allocated nearly $10 million in the 2020 fiscal year budget passed by the General Assembly this spring. It was part of a large workforce development package passed earlier this year.
