The Northland Education & Business Alliance
The Northland Education & Business Alliance (NEBA) is a collaborative network of educational institutions and businesses located north of the Missouri River in Kansas City, MO. In partnership with the region's economic development professionals, NEBA promotes the high quality of education in the Northland to attract businesses and corporations. Additionally, NEBA seeks to inform local students, educators, and career changers about the career opportunities available in the area. NEBA was established through the efforts of the Clay County Economic Development Council.

NEBA is a distinctive partnership that brings together public, private, and faith-based educational institutions, spanning from preschool to post-secondary levels. Businesses from a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing/Production, Construction, Building & Equipment Maintenance, Logistics, Healthcare, Hospitality/Tourism, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Business, and Sales, are active participants in NEBA.
