United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) is the latest tenant to the large and growing Hunt Midwest Business Center just south of Worlds of Fun.
UPS recently became the latest tenant in the 2,500-acre industrial park near I-435 and Parvin Road by signing a lease for nearly half of the park’s Logistics IV building.
With other developments near Birmingham, in Liberty and north toward Smithville, Clay County is rapidly establishing itself as a hotspot for logistics and data center development.
Elsewhere in the Hunt center, Google has purchased approximately 315 acres for potential data center development.
